- The series of water-based high-functional resins, additives, and coatings developed by Rayoung Chemtech are all placed under the brand name of T-RayX® for promotion and identification.
- Pure water-based silicone-acrylic copolymer modified resin: Depending on the specification, the silicon content varies from 20 to 60%, and PH value is neutral to weakly alkaline. They are suitable for primer/middle coat (coloring) layer/topcoat for water-based architectural paint, water-based floor paint, water-based industrial paint and water-based ink, etc. The products have specifications with different characteristics, including rust resistance, scratch resistance, high toughness, breathability (waterproof and moisture permeability), high temperature resistance, high brightness, ultra-fast drying speed, zero VOC, etc. Good adhesion can be achieved from cement/metal (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.)/glass/mineral fiber board/stone, etc. Divided into two process categories: Core-shell structure (emulsion type) and IPN structure (dispersion type)
- Pure water-based inorganic metal silicone resin: Pure water-based inorganic resin, PH value is highly alkaline, with film-forming and non-film-forming specifications. Environmentally friendly, odorless, zero VOC. Excellent adhesion, cohesion, light/weather resistance, and hardness. It will react and combine with cement, pulp, calcium silicate board, gypsum, mortar, stone, etc., and its strength is better than that of general film-forming epoxy resin and polyurethane resin. It is very suitable for floor paint and cement wall as primer. Special specifications can be directly attached to glass and metal without powdering, and can be used as a special resin for super-hydrophilic, anti-fog, heat insulation, photocatalyst and other coatings.
- Water-based modified acrylic primer (primer): Environmentally friendly ESG requirements, zero VOC, and good adhesion to low-polarity plastic materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PC, etc. that are difficult to adhere to. Even if the topcoat is UV-curable or solvent-based, it won't destroy the strong structural primer and peel it off the surface!
- Water-based resin-type sealant
- Pure water-based PH value neutral formula. It can be used in electroplating (for example: screw paint) and aluminum anode process to achieve anti-scratch, anti-corrosion, and salt spray resistance.
